BUYER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Tax Liability of at least $500,000 for current and/or prior tax years
- C-Corporation, or
- Non-C-Corporation with passive income
OUR DELIVERABLES
In addition to matching qualified buyers and sellers, our deliverables generally include the following:
- Diligence report for the project
- Draft standard purchase & sale agreement for the credits
- Assistance as needed with transfer registrations and election statements
- Applicable compliance (Forms 3800, etc.)
- Guidance throughout the transaction
