Kyle has held investment banking and regulatory consulting roles at Goldman Sachs, Duff and Phelps, and Ryan LLC, a global tax firm. In 2018, Kyle Co-Founded BX3 Capital, a full-service business advisory firm focused on helping companies grow and operate their business and has since brought multiple successful startups to market. He was a VC investor in Snapchat, as well as a number of other startups.
Mike joins BX3 Capital after more than 20 years as an international tax attorney and entrepreneur. He has seen virtually every aspect of international taxation, having worked for the Internal Revenue Service, in private industry, and for Big Four public accounting and tax consultancies KPMG and PwC. Mike was a founding partner of WTP Advisors, a boutique international tax consulting firm that specialized in assisting the world’s largest companies with the thorniest of tax structuring and compliance issues.
Over the years, Mike has also founded or co-founded several other tax focused start-up ventures. After the successful sale of WTP in 2014, Mike joined the International Income Tax practice of Ryan, LLP, a specialized tax structuring and compliance issues. Over the years, Mike has also founded or co-founded several other tax focused start-up ventures. After the successful sale of WTP in 2014, Mike joined the international income tax practice of Ryan, LLP, a specialized tax service firm, where he stayed until his early retirement, at the age of 47.
Mike has exited retirement earlier than anticipated to work in the exciting technological revolution that is Blockchain. Utilizing his experience as an entrepreneur, attorney, and taxation expert, he is helping guide BX3’s clients through the highly nuanced legal, financial and tax issues of this nascent space. Mike holds both a BBA (Finance) and a JD from Pace University, and an LLM in Taxation from New York University. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Connecticut, with admission pending in the District of Columbia.
His entrepreneurial feats were chronicled in Fortune’s “David vs. Goliath” segment, and he has been a frequently used source by the Wall Street Journal on matters related to international taxation. He has written numerous articles and lectured copiously on taxation issues, and has also served as a visiting professor at Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business.
Harry brings more than three decades of experience and knowledge in finance to BX3 Capital as he spearheads the team’s fundraising efforts. He launched his career at Drexel Burnham Lambert, from which he continued with such leading firms as AIG, Standard Chartered Bank, and Merrill Lynch. He has worked across the full gamut of financial products including derivatives, foreign exchange, distressed debt, and structured products. Harry has sold a wide array of investment banking deals and introduced new equity-linked products to his client base. His varied background has translated into strong and lasting relationships with an array of institutional investors including family offices, pension funds, venture capital firms, business development companies, and hedge fund firms. He is Series 7 and 63 licensed.
Harry is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania, from which he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history. In his spare time, Harry works extensively with non-profit organizations, coaches his daughter’s travel softball team, and is an avid poker player.

Adnan has a wide scope of knowledge in accounting and tax compliance. His clients have ranged from startups operating for less than one year to long-established Fortune 500 companies, and everything in between. He is now bringing his expertise to the blockchain industry. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a M.S. in Finance from Northeastern University. Adnan joined BX3, because he believes blockchain technology is the future. He is passionate about helping his clients grow their business through successful initial token offerings (ITOs). In addition to providing accounting and tax compliance services, Adnan has assisted several clients with their search and implementation of new software and technologies to help meet the demands of their growing business.

Carol Lin is a seasoned public relations and marketing professional with a strong track record of securing appearances, awards, and placing articles, expert quotes, and other content in top-tier news outlets including the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fox News, and Fortune. She has worked across numerous industries including healthcare, consumer goods, non-profit, science, tech, and tax, and has won multiple awards in the PR industry. Most recently she led communications and content marketing efforts – including helping to launch a digital publication for the restaurant industry, Restaurant Insider – for a top restaurant SaaS POS provider, Upserve. Carol Lin joined BX3 to showcase the thought leadership of companies leveraging the revolutionary power of blockchain technology and help elevate their brands. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

A versatile attorney and business advisor, Jay joins BX3 after having spent the last several years as a partner at Halloran Sage, one of the largest and most respected law firms in Connecticut. While at Halloran, Jay was a business litigator and general counsel to a broad spectrum of businesses, providing sound, unfiltered advice in a wide variety of matters. In addition, Jay founded and served as chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity, Data Privacy and Technology practice group, where he guided businesses through complex and evolving regulatory hurdles and provided key insights into emerging technologies, including blockchain and smart contracts. Jay joined BX3 because is an ardent believer in the transformative power of blockchain. He is excited to apply his legal experience, business acumen and knowledge base to shape the future of BX3 and its clients.
Jay has spoken and been published extensively in the areas of cybersecurity, data privacy and emerging technologies and has been called upon by numerous television and media outlets to share his insights and knowledge in this area. Throughout his legal career, has been consistently recognized as a Super Lawyer® and was named as one of the Connecticut Law Tribune’s New Leaders in the law in 2016. He was also named to the Hartford Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” in 2012.
Prior to practicing law, Kawa worked in finance for over ten years, assisting and advising large companies raising capital. Drawing from his deep experience in finance coupled with his license to practice law, Kawa advises and provides legal services to Bx3’s clients with respect to regulatory filings and corporate transactions, including due diligence, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financing. In addition to English, Kawa is fluent in Swedish and Kurdish, and speaks limited Arabic and German.

Brianna has extensive experience helping clients design their company brands and collateral. Today, she is firmly committed to helping companies build their business in the blockchain sector because she believes it is going to allow people to raise tremendous amounts of capital. Brianna has held graphic design and marketing roles at Chase and Paige, as well as PlanITROI. Brianna has been successful in helping numerous companies implement marketing and branding campaigns. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware.

Anne is a longtime content specialist, with nearly a decade and a half of experience covering an array of industries, including tax, asset management, litigation, macroeconomics, and financial technology, on both the journalism and external communications sides of media. Her most recent journalism position was as the online editor at Institutional Investor, where, among other responsibilities, she helmed the publication’s op-ed and thought leadership content. The publication’s coverage of the fintech sector fostered her longstanding interest in the blockchain space, as she saw how it was revolutionizing fintech as we know it today. Anne joined BX3 to help new companies find their voice in this nascent sector and tell their story. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Chicago.
